The oils are applied along the spinal column in a specific order to aid in balancing energy and stimulating the nervous system. Hot towels are placed on the spine for absorption of the oils and vita flex on the feet. RD brings the body into structural alignment stimulating the mind and promoting emotional health. This is one therapy you will want to repeat.
