CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENT:

If you have to cancel or reschedule and appt. you must do so within 24 hrs. prior to your session so others can have the opportunity to schedule. There is a $20 rebooking fee for any cancellation that is not within the 24 hour period.  Upon 2 accumulated missed appointments a pre-booking deposit will be require for the full amount of service on any future appointments.

  LATE ARRIVALS:

If you happen to be late for your scheduled session, your time may be shortened in order to accommodate the other appointments. If you arrive too late, I will determine if we need to reschedule.

VOUCHER HOLDERS:

A 24 hour cancellation or reschedule is required in order to service clients needs. Any voucher holders who miss their appointment are subject to forfeit of their voucher price and will be responsible for the difference at the time of rebooking. Please read your fine print on voucher for details.
